Returns and exchanges are graciously dealt with on a case by case basis. We promise to do everything we can to help. We want to make sure you are happy.
We comply with THE QLD Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds. It states We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
If your order is damaged during transit, unfortunately as all our crystals are one of a kind and unique in their own way an exact replacement option is not possible. We always include insurance coverage on orders valued over $100 that are shipped with Australia Post. It is a requirement that you follow Australia Post damaged items & compensation policy to claim damages & compensation. Refer to Australia Post web link to find out how to lodge a claim.
If we have a similar product in stock and are able to exchange, you will need to return the damaged product/s within 14 days in a safe and secure manner using a trackable shipping method at your own cost. Upon receiving the item, we will process your return excluding the shipping costs.
It is important to note: ALL items purchased on Sale unfortunately cannot be refunded or exchanged. Only regular priced items can be refunded.
